As Option 1, But send the entire laptop to us (We recommend this option if you aren't confident dismantling the laptop yourself)*

*Please note sometimes other issues can occur when a DC Jack fails and this price only includes the replacement of the Jack itself, Not the repair of any further Motherboard/Burn damage due to shorts or surges.

We happily accept returns of unused/unwanted items, If you wish to return an item please inform us within 14 days of the dispatch date so we can provide you with a returns number.
